About Me
My name is Stephanie Lachman-Doucet. I am a dynamic individual with experience driving organizational transformation and efficiency through the skilful analysis, design, development, deployment and support of streamlined enterprise architectures, efficient business processes, powerful business intelligence (BI) and analytical systems as well as mission critical information systems.
With over 30 years of experience spanning numerous roles and a multitude of technologies, my expertise includes business transformation, business architecture, business intelligence (BI), business analytics, business analysis, enterprise architecture, data/information architecture, and software application/database architecture. In addition, I am skilled in all phases, disciplines, and issues related to solution development, the delivery and support of shared services, IT operations, application development, and IT project/program management. I blend an understanding of enterprise architecture, organizational culture, approaches to organizational change, and the solution development life cycle, with appreciation of both agile and traditional project/program management approaches, providing achievable solutions.
In 2007, I began sharing my passion for business analysis and project management with apprising professionals, via private classes in Ottawa, Canada. In 2020, the COVID Pandemic encouraged me to take my passion online. I have launched two youTube channels
- Projerra, Practical perspectives in business analysis and IT project management
- Bobbi BA, Practical skits and lessons in business analysis
Now, I am building a series on seminars and workshops to share my passion with others around the world.

About Projerra
is practiced, pragmatic, proven, and professional consulting in project management, business analysis, ITIL and agile/scrum methodologies. While supporting my students and growing the Academy, I serve as a consultant, and thus, I have the opportunity to hone my skills on a daily basis.
After passing my PMP®, I developed the VisuAL (Visually Assisted Learning) PM® Suite of products to help other aspiring project managers understand the knowledge areas, process groups, tools and techniques that are outlined in the PMBOK®. The VisulAL PM® products apply color and graphics to help represent the relationship in a visual manner for quick reference and recall.
Then, after passing my CBAP® I did the same thing for the BABOK®, and created VisuAL BA®.
