Over the past week, I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Cinnamon Toast New Media. I asked Bron and her team to design an new look and feel for Projerra's corporate logo and our website. Projerra is celebrating 5 yrs of operation next month. It was time to refresh the look. The new logo appears below. Stay tuned [...]
As projerra management inc celebrates it’s 4th anniversary, I’d like to take a moment to thank you for your support. Hard to believe that it’s been 4 years already. Over the past year, here is what I’ve been up to: - working with the OCCSC as a career coach/mentor and their instructor of IT Project Management… a great opportunity to work [...]
It is with great excitement that I announce a new set of products in the VisuAL product line. VisuAL Mind Map Explorer is a dynamic and interactive website that allows PMP students to explore through the processes, knowledge area, and key concepts defined in the PMBOK. Color and icons make it easy for you to remember and recognize input and output [...]

I could not find a technology that would allow me to do what I wanted until recently. Thus, I've begun redevelopment of VisuAL PM Interactive. I'm predicting that it will be ready for use in the fall. Stay tuned.
Recently, I decided to upgrade my ITIL certification from v2 to v3. While in the process, I realized that ITIL students could benefit from a VisuAL experience just as PMP students have benefits from a VisuAL experience. Thus, I have begun developing an interactive and VisuAL study aid for ITIL. Stay tuned.

So [...]

For a Project Manager who thinks graphically, I consider these an essential tool on your personal project management toolkit. Not just for passing the test, but for [...]
Recently I was speaking with the leader of an organization. He was concerned about his team. The team had experienced significant growth over the past 6 months (from 2 to 6 employees) and he was concerned that some of the team members were not as independent as he was hoping they would be. My first question to him was how much [...]
In the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Steven Covey popularized the idea of the four quadrants of time management. Steven Covey advises us that we should stay in the quadrants that deal with important matters and that we find a balance between managing those items that are important/urgent and important/non-urgent. Unfortunately, I’ve seen many project managers slip into the belief [...]
